It’s Olympic Year again! This cycle sure felt (and went by) faster than usual. This season, the AASP International Relations Committee (IRC) continues to work hard in raising the profiles of international Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) members in our biannual newsletter. We’ve included more up-to-date, exciting news in the form of podcast links, blurbs, and more condensed articles, featuring colleagues from around the world: Karin Hägglund from Sweden who discusses Vulnerability in Elite Sport; Phil Clarke from Ireland, who talks about the importance of utilizing both positive and negative imagery in face of performance challenges; a conversation with Australian sport psychologists in the lead-up to Paris 2024. We also highlighted the landscapes of sport psychology in India and Canada. As we celebrate our new content launch, we hope to continue to assist AASP in promotional work outside North America, engage more international professionals, and create a more inclusive global community.

Please email us at aaspirc@gmail.com for questions and feedback! We’d love to hear from you on more creative ways to highlight international content.
